The recruiting program for attorneys occurs year-round as the need arises for new attorneys in the different practice areas of the firm. During the past several years, the firm added both newly-graduated law students and young lawyers with only a few years of legal experience to its roster of attorneys. Many of the recent lawyers hired for the firm participated as law clerks in the firm's summer program. Nevertheless, the firm also accepts applications from students who did not participate in the summer program as well as attorneys seeking lateral positions. The attorney opportunities at the firm include associate positions on a partnership track and staff attorney positions negotiated on a case-by-case situation. Thus, as Lemle & Kelleher, L.L.P. looks forward to continued growth over the next several years, its recruiting program will remain an integral part of adding the best and brightest new legal minds to the firm.
